To use cool, place the eye pillow in the fridge or freezer for up to 30 minutes inside a sealed bag.
To use warm, microwave for 20 seconds, or warm on a radiator for a few minutes—always test the temperature before placing over your eyes.
If the aroma begins to fade, you can revitalise your eye pillow with the pure rosemary essential oil available in 10ml bottles.
